How to use Watermark
- Drop your PDF.
- Type your text, or choose a logo picture.
- Set the size, colour, see-through and angle; once or repeated.
- Press Add watermark.
About this tool
Mark documents as CONFIDENTIAL, DRAFT or with your company logo. Choose text or a picture, its size, colour and how see-through it is, a diagonal or level angle, and whether it appears once in the centre or repeated across the whole page. Apply it to all pages or only some. The preview shows exactly how each page will look.

How do I add a confidential watermark to a PDF?
Keep the text CONFIDENTIAL, choose a colour and see-through level, pick Diagonal and press Add watermark.
Can I use my company logo?
Yes. Choose Picture and select your logo; PNG logos keep their see-through background.
Can a watermark be removed?
A watermark is drawn into the pages. It's not meant as strong protection on its own; combine it with Lock PDF to stop changes.
