How do I resize an image to 1080 pixels?
Choose By pixels, type 1080 for the width and a large height, keep the shape on, and press Resize photos.
Will the photo be stretched?
Not with “Keep the shape” on: the photo fits inside the size you typed.
Can I make a photo bigger?
Yes, up to 200%, though enlarging can't add detail that wasn't there.
